HiTail Rabbitry has the right
to decline a sale to anyone we so choose or cancel any pending
sale for any reason. If you have made any payments and we choose
to cancel the sale any payments made will be refunded.
Rabbits are sold on a first come, first
serve basis. We do not keep a waiting list. HiTail Rabbitry is
a closed rabbitry, and is NOT open to the public.
Rabbits can be placed on hold with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Rabbits will be held for two weeks, unless other arrangements have
been made. Arrangements can be made to deliver rabbits to shows
we are attending.
Note: The 2 week holding period does not apply to situations such as the
national convention or other shows. In such a case, rabbits can often be placed
on hold a month or more before convention and we will deliver rabbits to the
show. This sometimes also applies to local and state shows as well that we know
we are attending without a doubt. It all depends on cage space.
We prefer Paypal or Money orders for deposits paid in advance, however we will
also accept personal checks. If you pay by check, keep in mind that the rabbit(s)
will not be considered "on
hold" until
the check clears the bank. We accept Paypal, cash or money orders for final
payments.
Shipping is available out of the Omaha International Airport.
Please contact us for further details regarding shipping information
and policies.
All rabbits are in good health at the time
of the sale. If an animal becomes sick within 1 week period we
will replace or refund the animal at our discretion.
We are not responsible for injuries that occur after the rabbit
leaves our hands. If we feel the rabbit was in any way neglected
we will not refund or replace the animal.
All show or breeding stock rabbits
will come with a pedigree. Pets do NOT come
with pedigrees.
We do not offer stud service.
This prevents the spread of venereal diseases.
All sales are final. We will not refund the money for
a rabbit if the buyer decides they no longer want the animal.
We do not want you to take the decision to buy a rabbit lightly.
By buying a rabbit you are making a commitment to the welfare of
the animal whether you are a pet owner, exhibitor or breeder. |
